Vouchers are valid at the following Manorview venues only, and are subject to all other terms and conditions outlined below:

• Only valid for use against full-price services and not in connection with any special offer.
• Accommodation – Voucher valid in participating Manorview venues only, redeemable against bedroom and lodge Bed & Breakfast rate only. Not valid for dinner, bed & breakfast, or any other Accommodation Package. Not valid for Aura Spa Breaks.
• Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit towards future hotel stays. To be redeemed against accommodation, the hotel break must take place between January 2^nd 2024 and February 29^th, 2024 (excluding February 14^th).
• Food – voucher is valid in participating Manorview bars and restaurants only and can be used for full-price food, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea.
• Drinks – the voucher is valid for drinks and hot beverages at 6 participating venues (please see above). It is not valid for drinks at The Commercial.
• Voucher is not valid to purchase food or drink during any wedding, private function, private event or party.
• Voucher is not valid against Weddings, Private Functions, Health Club Membership and Children’s Parties.
• Voucher cannot be used for any service at Aura Spa, Bowfield Hotel.
• Voucher cannot be used for any retail at Bowfield Hotel.
• Voucher cannot be used for entry to Soft Play at Bowfield Hotel.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any sale item, special package or special offer.
• Vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• Voucher use is subject to availability, and we recommend booking your preferred room or restaurant early to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking is required. We reserve the right to refuse any voucher payment if not declared or pre-booked prior to arrival.
• Black Friday vouchers are valid from 2^nd January 2024 until midnight on 29^th February 2024, excluding February 14^th. Vouchers automatically expire at 23:59:59 on February 29^th, 2024.
