FAQS About Our Private Dining Venues

Absolutely! All our private dining locations across central Scotland will have vegetarian and vegan options available to ensure we can cater to every dietary need.

Yes. All our venues will have gluten free options for those who have specific dietary requirements regarding gluten.

Private dining is when an establishment offers a room or space that can be booked for dinner parties. Unlike functions, private dining has a sole focus on bespoke dining service for the entire group and usually incorporates an element of exclusive use for the space when booking.

All our locations will have a kids menu available for private dining events. What we have available at each location will depend on the menu and produce. If you have children with specific dietary requirements, we can cater to this also.

There’s no set time scale for when you should book, but generally anything between a few days to a few weeks' notice will be more than enough time to secure the venue and dining space you’ll require.

For larger groups, we’d recommend choosing The Redhurst Hotel or The Lynnhurst Hotel for the additional dining space these venues provide.

Generally, for a dining space, we cannot accommodate pets but admittance of pets is at the discretion of the venue manager. The only exception to this rule, of course, is for working dogs such as guide dogs that are essential for a person attending the private dining event.
