ACCOMMODATION TERMS
RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE
A reservation is only guaranteed following the provision of a valid debit or credit card number. No room will be held without these details.
PAYMENTS AT VENUE
Please note we are a cashless business. All major credit and debit cards can be used for payment at Bowfield Hotel and Spa.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS
Best Flexible Rates - A credit or debit card will be obtained at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the card will automatically be charged 2 days prior to arrival when the cancellation policy comes into effect. Cancellations must be requested by 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival in writing.
Advance Purchase Rates – A credit or debit card will be charged at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the full room rate is non-refundable, cancellations are not permitted when booking on an Advance Purchase rate.
Wedding Bedroom Stays - A credit or debit card will be obtained at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the card will automatically be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival when the cancellation policy comes into effect. Cancellations must be requested by 12 noon 4 weeks prior to arrival in writing.
Spa Bedroom Stays – A credit or debit card will be obtained at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the card will automatically be charged 7 days prior to arrival when the cancellation policy comes into effect. Cancellations must be requested by 12 noon 7 days prior to arrival in writing.
All Lodge Breaks & Festive – A credit or debit card will be charged a non-refundable £100 deposit at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the card will automatically be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival when the cancellation policy comes into effect. Cancellations must be requested by 12 noon 4 weeks prior to arrival in writing.
BEST RATE GUARANTEED
Book direct online for the best rate, guaranteed. In the unlikely event you find a better rate publicly available anywhere online, we will ‘Price Match’ the rate and discount it by a further 10%
The lower rate must be found, and the claim made within 24 hours of making your original booking.
Price Match only applies to publicly available rates and does not include any 3rd party membership discounts applied to the public rate.
The lower rate found must be for the exact rate criteria meaning the same room type, same inclusions, the same stay dates and the same rate description. The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must be identical. The Price Match claim will be verified and responded to within 3 days of the claim being received.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check in time for Bowfield Bedrooms is from 2:30pm
Check out time for Bowfield Bedrooms is by 11:00am
Check in time for Bowfield Classic Lodges is from 3:00pm
Check out time for Bowfield Classic Lodges is by 11:00am
Check in time for Bowfield Ben Lomond Lodge is from 3:00pm

SMOKING
Manorview Hotels are strictly non-smoking hotels. Smoking in any of the Hotel’s public areas or guests’ rooms is therefore prohibited. Manorview reserve the right to demand the guest reimburse any associated cleaning costs, as well as loss of earnings from the inability to sell the room. Manorview therefore reserve the right to deduct these costs to the amount of a minimum of £50.00 from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
DAMAGES
In the event that the guest has caused damage to the property or removed goods belonging to the company, Manorview reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for reimbursement of the damage/loss.
PETS
Manorview operates a NO pet policy.
VOUCHERS
All Vouchers must be presented to Reception on arrival at the hotel.
LODGE HOT TUBS
For the comfort of all guests, and in consideration of our neighbours nearby, lodge hot tubs should please be vacated by 9pm at the latest.
