The journey begins at The Commercial Hotel

The Commercial Hotel in Wishaw, Lanarkshire is where the Manorview story started. It was the very first acquisition in 2007.

It seems apt that The Commercial Hotel has chosen to help premature babies grow and develop. The hotel supports the Neo-Natal Unit based at Wishaw General Hospital. The Neo-Natal Unit takes care of premature babies helping them through their precious first moments of life and to grow towards a bright future.

The Commercial Hotel is a hub of the community with the extremely busy Wishaw General Hospital on their doorstep.

The hard-working hotel team, lead by General Manager Adele Montgomery, are constantly coming up with fundraising ideas and they get a lot of welcome support from the local community.

So far (May 2017), they have raised a total of £2654.00.  They have climbed Tinto Hill, staged a charity bike challenge, donated their tips and organized raffles.

They also gathered enough Easter eggs to pack out Charlie’s Chocolate Factory – and the staff played the Easter Bunny for the day, as they visited the hospital to deliver their bounty of chocolate eggs.
